Terms and conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop valtinsu.at. Your contracting partner is Darius Petrican, Untere Hauptstraße 17, 8663 Veitsch, Austria ("we"). Our offer is directed at consumers and businesses.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order at checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The automatic order confirmation email only confirms that we have received your order. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept your order or ship the goods. The contract languages are German and English. You will receive your order details by email.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros. Shipping to the countries listed under "Shipping & payment" is free of charge.
4. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. The purchase price is due when you place your order.
5. Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery takes approx. 3–7 working days after receipt of payment. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made without delay.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Transport damage
Please check the delivery for visible damage on handover, note any damage on the delivery receipt where possible and report transport damage with photos to valtinsuinfo@gmail.com, ideally within 48 hours. This allows us to make claims against the carrier. Your statutory rights, in particular the legal guarantee, remain unaffected.
8. Legal guarantee
The statutory legal guarantee applies. For consumers, the guarantee period is two years from delivery of the goods.
9. Manufacturer's warranty
In addition to the legal guarantee, the manufacturer provides a one-year warranty from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, including spare parts and their shipping. Wear parts (e.g. tyres, brake pads, chain) and damage caused by accidents, improper use or maintenance and unauthorised modifications are excluded. The warranty does not limit your statutory rights. 10. Off-road use only
Our electric dirt bikes are off-road vehicles only and are not approved for public roads in the EU. They may only be ridden on private land or designated tracks. Always wear a certified helmet and protective gear and follow the user manual.
11. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our right of withdrawal information.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable to consumers only to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
13. Applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they habitually reside.
