Shipping & delivery
We ship from our warehouse in Germany, with delivery in about 3–7 working days. Shipping within Europe is free. Every order ships with a tracking number, and you can check its status anytime on our order tracking page.
Warranty & returns
The EM-5 Ultra comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from delivery, including replacement parts and their shipping. Your statutory warranty rights (2 years) remain unaffected.
You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery; return shipping costs are paid by you. If you have questions, our customer care team is here to help.
Off-road use & safety
The Valtinsu EM-5 Ultra is an off-road vehicle. It is not approved for public roads, cycle paths or footpaths in the EU and may only be ridden on private land or designated off-road tracks with the landowner's permission.
Always wear a certified helmet and protective gear. Check local rules on minimum rider age and supervision before riding.
