Delivery countries

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to all delivery countries.

Delivery time

We ship from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery takes approx. 3–7 working days after receipt of payment. As soon as your bike is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email.

Transport damage

Please check the delivery on handover and report any transport damage with photos to valtinsuinfo@gmail.com, ideally within 48 hours. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. All payments are transmitted in encrypted form. The purchase price is due when you place your order.
