No. All Valtinsu models are off-road vehicles only and are not approved for public roads, cycle paths or footpaths in the EU. Only ride on private land or designated off-road tracks, with the owner's permission.

Depending on the model: EM-23 up to 80 km, EM-5 Pro up to 95 km, EM-5 Ultra and EM-26 up to 120 km. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, temperature and the selected riding mode.

Depending on the model and the included charger: EM-26 approx. 2 hours (1.2 kW fast charger), EM-23 approx. 6–7 hours, EM-5 Ultra approx. 7–8 hours. You can find all details in the specifications of each model.

The EM-5 Pro, EM-5 Ultra and EM-26 are protected against powerful water jets to IPX6, the EM-23 against splashing water to IPX4 – rain and mud are no problem. However, do not ride through deep water and do not clean the bike with a pressure washer.

We ship from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery takes about 3–7 working days, and shipping within Europe is free. Every order ships with a tracking number, and you can check its status anytime on our order tracking page.

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. We arrange the collection of the bike; you bear the return costs (approx. €250 at most). You can find all details in our right of withdrawal information.

Please inspect your bike right after delivery. If it was damaged in transit, contact our customer care team with photos or videos, ideally within 48 hours, so we can send replacement parts as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

All Valtinsu models come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from delivery, including spare parts and their shipping. Your statutory rights (2-year legal guarantee) remain unaffected.
